FeedHeart.com offers educational resources, eligibility tools, and the ability to request or refer patients for Medically Tailored Meal (MTM) programs.
Services are offered in partnership with government health programs, hospitals, and MCOs.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or be referred by an authorized healthcare entity to access or register on this site.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to:
● Use the website in compliance with applicable federal/state laws
● Not share false health information
● Not attempt to breach the site’s security
